BRRRRR its cold.

So this weekf lew by and we did get a lot done here in PONTA PORÃ!! The temperature dropped again and it has been n the 60s all week. I spent the first part of the week in the hospital because of my asthma but all is okay now. The rest of the week was filled with teaching and FOG!! One day here the fog was so bad that at night you could not see anything. It was pretty sketchy. We have two Baptisms set for next week and hopefully well we will mark 2 or 3 more. The sad thing that happened this week is that starting this week there will be only one group of Elders here in our area. i will stay with my comp but the Others will leave. Its s really sad and we are going to work even harder. But i know we can do t. SO that sums p the week for me.  love yo all and  will definitely need the prays n my behalf. I will also try to stay warm here in Ponta. Until next week y´all

A day in Paraguay

So to sum up the best part of the week i will tell you what happened. SO we got to go to Paraguay this last P-day and we ran into the Elders that are serving there. It was weird at first but we had a good time talking and decided to go get lunch with them. so we went to Pizza Hut. YUM; it was so good and it was like i was at home. because we had such a good time with them we spent the rest of the p-day shopping with them. Their was a total of 12 missionaries and 6 Americans. what a day to remember. SO this week was rainy but we did what we needed to do. we are focusing on working close to the church to get more people to come. Well i am tired and this is about it for the email. until next week y'all.

Happy Mother's Day

This week was finally the week but i will get to that special day later! This week was cold again and rainy! We came home every night soaked and cold and we ever used umbrellas. Lets just way sometimes i wish i had a car but its OK. WE did a lot of visiting with the members to gain there confidence and that took up our week. we also taught our first English Class at the church and it went really well for the first time. Now lets get to Mothers Day. I spoke with the family and it was CRAZY!! we had my mom trading recipes with megan, josh showing his muscles he doesn't have and Leo doing gymnastics with kye. It was crazy but i loved every moment of it. The rest of Sunday night we had ice cram and talked about all that has happened at home! SO that sums up the week. This week calls for more cold and rain but we will keep our heads up and keep working. Thank you yo my mom and to all moms out there that have helped me in my life. Until next week y'all.

Finally! After 3 weeks of waiting.

SO my comp has finally arrived and now it is time to get to work. I was in a trio this week and i hate trios!! This week was extra cold also!! it was in the low 30s with wind and it sucked. None of the houses here has heaters so it is always cold where ever you go. The only good side is that i am not sweating like a pig and i have been sleeping Really Really good. My comp arrived here on Saturday night and we just went over the area and our plans for the future. He is ready to work and so am!! We had a crazy Sunday yesterday. It consisted of our investigator leaving half way during sacrament, returning after 2nd hour and then leaving again during 3rd hour. He is funny and has some problems. Today my day will consist of shopping and eating. I do have to much to say but that i am better and ready to work! I am grateful for the prayers and support in my behalf. I know that this is the Church of Christ. Have a good week everyone and até mais!!
